two levels of service - let only and fully managed. Some will also
offer a third choice, which is letting with rent collection. Each

that you may expect to be covered by each of the three service options:

- Setting up rental standing orders or direct debits.
- Taking the first rental payment plus deposit.

You will be charged a fee of 8% of the rental achieved for the duration
of the tenancy, with fees continuing at a lower level if the tenancy
